Sunshine Coast beachbreak between Coolum and Sunshine Beach, with many access tracks to the sand. The pick is Pitta Street at the south end, where slabs of coffee rock hold the banks together in a bigger SE swell. A W to NW wind cleans it up at any tide, and the shorey works on higher tides. It is quieter than Coolum; beginners should stay near the lifeguards.
