A 1.4 km beach at Dawesville, under 20 minutes south of Mandurah, that local surfers and bodyboarders use for its swell. Like the rest of this coast it wants W to SW swell with an easterly wind, so mornings are usually best. Port Bouvard Surf Life Saving Club patrols at weekends: learners should surf then, beside the flags. Sources on the banks are thin.
