Itacimirim's left peels off a rocky point south of the village toward Guarajuba, best on a south swell at mid to high tide. A west-northwest morning wind is offshore; the afternoon trade wind chops it up. A local review on Surf-Forecast calls it one of the best spots in north Bahia, and it hosted the second stage of the 2022 Bahia Surf Festival. Low tide brings the rocks too close.
