South-facing beach in Kennebunk that stays clean in north and even northeast wind, so it can stay rideable in a nor'easter that blows out the rest of the coast. Steep, fast and sometimes hollow on S to SE swell with an incoming tide; smaller than York but better shaped. Summer parking on Beach Ave needs a resident permit or a $25 day pass.
