Ambriz surf forecast
Ambriz · Bengo · Angola
Sand-and-rock beach north of Luanda in Bengo, reached by a white sand track that leaves the road about 1 km before Ambriz airstrip. WannaSurf lists a short peak breaking both ways that starts working once a west swell reaches 1 to 1.5 m; Surf-Forecast logs the same stretch as Ambriz Point and rates it best on a southwest swell with a northeast wind. Little more is on record: one 2006 visitor saw a solid 6 ft there for almost two weeks without surfing it. The sources disagree on whether it is a point or a beach, and none gives a best tide.
