Small left beside the rock jetty at Barranquito, the Barranco beach on the Costa Verde, with a shorter right off the same rocks. It is fun rather than powerful, waist to head high on SW swell with a northeast wind, best on a falling low to mid tide. Paddle out along the rocks at the side, where it is easier, and expect a crowd at weekends. Lifeguards and surf schools work the beach.
