- 20 kg per bag for surf and kite, 30 kg for windsurf; extra kilos charged per kg
- an older Neos page said 50 EUR each way, and a past promo was 20 EUR; 200 EUR is the current tariff table, so check when booking
- service charters ask for notice at least two working days before departure
