- max eight boards per flight; acceptance is never guaranteed, even with a prior confirmation, and is decided on the day of the flight
- boards are outside the fare's baggage allowance and go only as checked baggage
- fins must be removed; damaged or unprotective cases are refused; no clothes or other items inside the case
- Sansa records existing damage at check-in and takes no liability for it
