Fishing village 15 km west of Manta with a long left point that waits until the beaches are overhead on a NW swell, so it fires only a few times a season. Then it barrels off the point and walls up for as far as 400 m, though a port built there has shortened it. A south wind is offshore. On big days walk round the point before paddling out, to stay out of the current.
