The north end of the Lacanau Océan seafront, just past the Lacanau Surf Club. A sandbank here often gives a long, punchy right that runs from the outside toward the shore; further north the peaks are less defined and quieter. Best around mid tide with a west to northwest groundswell and light easterly wind; the main peak is competitive and suits good surfers.
