Malpaso (Chicama) surf forecast

Puerto Malabrigo · La Libertad · Peru

Open the live forecast →

The outermost section of the Chicama left, at the tip of the cape west of Puerto Malabrigo. Being the most exposed part of the point it catches south-west swell first, so it often has a rideable wave when the inside sections are small. Rides are shorter than at El Point, and on long clean swells it can run on toward El Cape. Suits surfers who are comfortable on a fast, sand-bottom left.
