Puerto Malabrigo · La Libertad · Peru

Open the live forecast →

The second take-off of the Chicama left, between Malpaso at the tip of the cape and El Point, known locally as El Cape or Keys. It has a well-defined peak and holds more swell than the sections further inside, with rides of several hundred metres before the wave backs off in deeper water above El Point. Less crowded than El Point, and a good choice for intermediate surfers on a mid-size south-west swell.
