In the north corner of Noordhoek beach, under Chapman's Peak, summer southeasters pile sand against the rocks and the backwash bounce forms a fast right-hand wedge. It works only at low tide, the lower the better, and the southeaster that blows offshore is also what empties every other Peninsula break, so it gets busy. The walk from the Noordhoek car park takes about 15 minutes.
