Praia Branca sits at the northern tip of Guarujá, reached by a 30-minute trail that starts beside the Bertioga ferry ramp. S and SE swell give rights at the right-hand end and in the middle; an E swell spreads peaks along the sand and adds a fast left at the left-hand corner. NW wind is offshore and mid tide is best. On small days beginners can paddle in the calmer corners, but there is no road out.
