Praia do Sonho is a town beach in Itanhaém, set between two rocky headlands with the Ilha das Cabras off its left corner. Small S to E swells give soft, long peaks both ways over sand, best on a rising tide toward high, with NW to N wind. Two surf schools teach here: learners do well on knee- to waist-high days, while bigger swells are better at Praia dos Pescadores next door.
