Groyne-cell banks at the north end of the Caparica town front, where the sand is held by regular rock groynes and gives lefts and rights. This is the busiest end of the strip, with each cell having its regular crew. Watch the rips beside the groynes, which also make the paddle-out easier, and do not leave valuables in the car.
